Hailee Dyer is a dynamic force in the world of film and stage—a passionate actress, director, stage manager, and dedicated community advocate. With a heart for storytelling and a drive for innovation, she continually pushes the boundaries of artistic expression to uplift and inspire.​.

Above all, Hailee’s greatest passion lies in fostering a thriving artistic community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Through education, mentorship, and storytelling, she is committed to empowering the next generation of artists—cultivating spaces where creativity flourishes and diverse voices are heard.
The Journey
After years of acting, Hailee recognized a critical gap in the representation of BIPOC stories and voices. Determined to be part of the change, she founded Applewood Productions, a creative powerhouse dedicated to producing, writing, and directing films that amplify underrepresented narratives.

Her theatrical journey has led her to work with esteemed institutions such as Theatre Arlington, Dallas Theatre Center, Jubilee Theatre, and more. On the film side, her creative impact extends to collaborations with major brands, including Exxon, Cru, Powerstrip Productions, K-Swiss, and beyond
