ACTING CLASS POLICY
Class Agreements:
Your first week of class you will be given the book we will be studying materials from. This will be a part of your $25 set up fee. This will include the book, the handbook with all of the rules and expectations of the class as well as any additional information that may be needed to support your success in your career.

Attendance:
Class policy has a 5 minute grace period. Please be on time to respect everyone’s time. Especially your scene partners.

Filming:
We will provide video work for each performance on the 2 performance days. Every client will have both an individual scene and a video with their scene partners for their reel. This will give the client the opportunity and material needed to promote themselves. Each video will be sold for $40. Please email support@ApplewoodProductions.com for your video.

Props:
You are welcome to bring props to support your scene as needed. If there are any props that you may need please contact your instructor one week before class or email Support@ApplewoodProductions.com to see if we have it in our prop house and can bring it for you.

Multiple Person Scenes:
Each actor will be given their scene work for the week. At the top of each week, There will be a contact sheet emailed to everyone enrolled in the class containing their phone number and emails of everyone involved. Emails are required, phone numbers are optional. It is the responsibility of the actors to get together to work on their scenes. If working on a 2 or more person work, please get in contact with your scene partners to rehearse and prepare.

Zoom Calls:
It will be your responsibility to set up your 30 minute zoom call for the week. This is included in your monthly membership price. The weekly zoom calls will be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have over your scene or acting in general. This time we can go over any notes that you may have. Please be prepared for the call by having a topic/questions ready.

Class Cancelation:
The client is responsible for cancelation of your membership. If you no longer wish to join us please let us know one week before the start of a new month to ensure that the class schedule is not interrupted. If a client cancels, their payment will not auto-renew the following payment period. They’ll still be able to book with this membership until then. Please note that you are responsible for your own cancelation through the site. If you have any issues cancelling please contact us 3 days before the payment renewal date at support@applewoodproductions.com
